VRLA蓄电池运行监测管理系统的研究 |
摘要:通过分析VRLA蓄电池运行失效的原因和使用过程中所关心的问题,研究了电池运行监测管理系统(BMS)应解决的关键问题,主要包括:(1)监测管理系统的合理结构;(2)电池组及电池单体的电压、电流巡检与数据分析;(3)电池单体的内阻测量;(4)电池运行事件记录;(5)剩余容量计算;(6)远程管理。结合BM-6500电池管理系统的设计进行了相关论述。该系统适应于电信、电力、铁路机车及中大型UPS等后备方式和起动使用情况下的蓄电池监测管理。 关键词:VRLA蓄电池;监测;管理;内阻测量
Study on VRLA battery management system Sun De Xin A’cheng Relay Co., Ltd. (A cheng 150302)
Abstract: Based on analysis to the reason of failure and concerning problems of VRLA battery, the key technolo-gies of the BMS (battery management system) were studied. They are:(1)reasonable structure of BMS; (2) battery monitor and data analysis; (3)internal resistance measurement; (4)accident record; (5)capacity and time prediction; (6)remote management. Combined with the experience of BM-6500 battery management system, the related problems were discussed. The system was suitable for VRLA battery used in telecommunica-tion, electric power, railway engine and UPS for back-up and staring. Key words: VRLA battery; monitor; management; internal resistance measurement 近十几年来,VRLA铅酸蓄电池首先在电信领域得到推广应用,继而在电力、铁路等其它领域逐步取代传统蓄电池。与富液型铅酸电池相比,VRLA具有体积比能量大、放电性能好、维护工作量小等优点。根据现场实际使用情况,由于多方面的原因,VRLA电池在运行过程中出现漏液、变形、短时间内容量衰减以至失效的现象,严重影响了电源系统的运行可靠性。 本新闻共 6页,当前在第 1页 1 2 3 4 5 6 |
